Instrumental Music Department Parents!
You can now schedule a time to visit with your student’s teachers on Parent Teacher Conference Day.
Parent Teacher Conference Sign up is NOW OPEN! There are two ways to reach the Parent Teacher Conference Schedule:

The steps for making your conference selections are as follows:
• When you arrive at the scheduling website, you’ll, first, select which teachers you’d like to visit. Then click the submit button at the bottom of the page.
• Next, you will be asked to enter your child’s/children’s name(s), your name, email address and phone number.
• After submitting your name and contact information, you will receive an email containing a link that will allow you to select the times for your parent/teacher conferences. Conference times are in 15-minute increments!
• Once you’ve selected the times for your conferences, you’ll be able to print your scheduled conferences and you’ll also receive an email confirming the selected conference times.
If you need to make changes to your scheduled conferences, in your confirmation email you’ll find an Access Link for each scheduled appointment. The Access Link will allow you to change your time preferences.
