The Mid-Atlantic Jazz Festival is a three-day event taking place at the Hilton Hotel and Events Center in Rockville, MD. The Duke Ellington Jazz Orchestra/Combo will be playing on the free stage at 2PM on February 15.  (Note that you must purchase tickets to attend other performances at the festival. But student bands will play on the free stage in the atrium of the Hilton.)
